In compliance with the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following general information about the HRBlade website (hrblade.com) and the contracting entities operating the service is provided below.

1. Identification of the contracting entities

HRBlade is a SaaS hiring platform commercialised under the brand name HRBlade and operated by the entities set out in this section. The legal relationship for billing, contract execution and customer support is established with the entity that corresponds to the User's region.

1.1. Europe and rest of the world

For Users located in Europe and the rest of the world, the contracting entity is:

AMISCON GLOBAL S.L. is the contracting entity for the HRBlade service for Users domiciled in Spain, the rest of the European Union and any other jurisdiction not expressly assigned to another entity in this Legal Notice.

1.2. North and South America

For Users located in North and South America, sales and customer support of the HRBlade service are operated through:

Sayoos LLC acts as the contracting party in the Americas for the purposes of billing, contract execution and customer support of the HRBlade service.

2. Object

This Legal Notice (the "Notice") regulates access to and use of the HRBlade website at hrblade.com and any of its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Website"), as well as the relationship between the entities identified in section 1 and the persons or organisations that access the Website (the "Users").

Browsing the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of every clause in this Notice in the version published at the time of access. Should the User disagree with any provision, they must immediately leave the Website.

3. Conditions of use

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through the Website and not to use them, by way of example and without limitation, to:

  • Engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal or discriminatory nature, or that promotes violence or terrorism.

The User is responsible for the truthfulness of the data they provide and undertakes to keep the data communicated to the contracting entity for any of the services offered up to date.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content of the Website, understood by way of example as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and any other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of HRBlade or its licensors, and any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation that has not been expressly authorised by the rights holder is strictly prohibited.

The trade marks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of HRBlade or third parties, and no right over them is granted by the mere access to the Website.

Likewise, links or hyperlinks placed on third-party websites do not imply that there is any kind of relationship, collaboration or dependency between the contracting entities and the owner of the website on which they are placed.

5. Liability and warranties

The contracting entities declare that they have adopted the necessary measures to allow normal operation of the Website. However, they cannot guarantee continuity, availability or infallibility of the Website operation, and consequently they do not warrant the absence of errors in its content or that it is updated at all times, although they will make their best efforts, where appropriate, to avoid them, remedy them or update them.

Both access to the Website and the non-consented use that may be made of the information contained therein are the sole responsibility of the User. The contracting entities shall not be liable for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from such access or use of information.

The contracting entities are not responsible for any security errors that may occur or for any damage that may be caused to the User's computer system (hardware and software) or to the files or documents stored therein, as a consequence of the presence of viruses on the User's device used to connect to the Website services and contents, of a malfunction of the browser, or of the use of non-updated versions thereof.

6. Personal data and privacy

The processing of personal data carried out through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy available at hrblade.com/privacy/, which forms an integral part of this Legal Notice. By using the Website, the User accepts the data processing described in that Policy.

For European Users, the data controller is AMISCON GLOBAL S.L. For Users in the Americas, the data controller acting through Sayoos LLC operates within the data-processing framework set out in the Privacy Policy. Requests related to the exercise of data-protection rights may be directed to info@hrblade.com.

7. Cookies

The Website uses its own and third-party cookies in accordance with the cookie policy displayed on first access. By continuing to browse the Website after the cookie banner has been displayed, the User consents to the installation of non-essential cookies, except for those that they have rejected. The User may at any time revoke the consent given through the configuration tools made available by the Website or the User's own browser.

8. Links to third parties

The Website may contain links to other websites or applications operated by third parties. Such links are provided for information purposes only. The contracting entities do not control the content of such third-party websites or applications, do not assume any responsibility for them and do not necessarily endorse the products, services or information made available through them. Access to such links is the sole responsibility of the User.

9. Modifications

The contracting entities reserve the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications they consider appropriate to the Website, being able to change, suppress or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on the Website.

This Legal Notice may also be modified to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential or business practice changes. The currently published version is the only one in force, and the date shown at the top of this document indicates its last update.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For all matters relating to the interpretation, application and compliance with this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may arise from its use, the parties shall submit to the laws and jurisdiction of the country corresponding to the contracting entity:

  • For contracts entered into with AMISCON GLOBAL S.L., this Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law and the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia (Spain), without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the User's place of residence.
  • For contracts entered into with Sayoos LLC, this Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of the User's jurisdiction apply.
